Orange - Indian call centre

Morning all,Had to call Orange at the weekend.I have two 'phones on one bill, both on the same plan. For some reason my wife's 'phone didn't have any inclusive text component on it this month - so I was charged for 180-odd texts.Anyway...I've always thought Orange customer service to be pretty good, but this time I ended up speaking to someone in India who was clueless.Have Orange outsourced lock stock and barrel, or was I unlucky to be 'overflowed' out of the UK?

I find with any foreign call centre, just act dumb, keep saying "Sorry, don't understand" & asking for a supervisor. Majority of the time you'll get transferred back to the UK.

They are dreadful, I've just phoned them and got an automated voice saying 8 minute wait. I registered for the spend £10 get 300 texts, but there is no confirmation that they've done this, re-registered for the texts online, then I get an e-mail saying I must register by 31st October, what the hell is going on? Looking around for the best texting deal on PAYG before(or if) I change my number (I've unlocked phones). Orange looked quite good with this deal & they are about the cheapest for texts when abroad if you buy a bundle, but with service this lousy......

Get into an Orange shop and they will help you!! My friend has just started working for Orange and they deal with all the complaints etc in the shop. She has said tho that THEY have to phone the same number as yourselves and has been on hold for up to 4 HOURS!!!!!! and yes. it is a foreign call centre that you will get put to as that is who the Orange staff have to deal with as well.
