Good morning all!
Well done Daisy and Mackeroo on the weight losses!
Doing quite well on the dieting here. Into my second week and still feeling really good about it. Me and Piglet have even started leaving the car at home and are walking to school and back!
Still AF here and it seems different to last time. The bells are few and far between and, for a change, I'm happy!:T OH says he can't believe how much more easygoing and mellow I am. And he's right. I know its only been a few weeks but I do feel I can carry this on.
Just a quick question though for those who are giver uppers.....did you find you started having very vivid dreams when you first cut alcohol out completely? I know thats an odd question but I feel like I'm now dreaming all night and they are really vivid dreams. Might just mean I'm sleeping better I guess??
Anyway, must away to work!

I think if you go back through the previous 8(!!!) threads and do a search for the word 'vivid' you will get your answer. In a word - yes!
They will pass, though.

That's great news MissP and to be losing weight and gaining £s by not using the car has to be a good plan!1 for me please Pen and Shaggy
:Tjo, every AF day counts.
I've lost 2.5lbs this week too. Really pleased with myself. Having 5 AF days this week (instead of usual 4 max) freed up some calories to eat more interesting food so that's helped.
Have a good day everyone.0 -
14 days for me please Shaggy - I'm going to get a clapping smiley!!! It really is very motivating - thanks!!
3 days for me please, Pen
Went for meal with friends last night, and had no wine, even though I walked there - and there was plenty of lovely pinot on the table, but I was very strong!!! So although I said some pretty mad things, I couldn't blame it on the booze and therefore didn't wake up this morning thinking oh no, what did I say?
Have a good day everybody

Ah, thanks for that, that explains it then!:) Hope it DOES pass soon, am having most bizarre dreams!
Piglet at an after school disco today (bless him, he was most excited and chose his "bestest" top to wear!:)) so don't have to collect him till 4.15. A whole extra hour to myself! Bliss!
