Thanks for the shiney new thread Jo. An opportunity for everyone to have a fresh new start.

I'm af again tonight but feel as if i'm cheating due to the meds I am taking but hey it doesn't reduce the effort involved. Last dose 9.00pm. My real challenge starts tomorrow. The bells as you call them are already ringing.

Anyway. 15 please Shaggy and thats me hitting my September target. :j:j:j:T:T:T

    RN

ps I am fed up with the stupid name I chose anyone know if I can change it or do I need a new account?

    i think it's quite a cool name:D

Well done on hitting your target!
    :):)
  • Hello new thread :) Thanks Jo.

Want to say congatulations first to Marru and MP on their new jobs. :j

Declaring AF here tonight so 6 for me please Shaggy.

Hugs to all those finding it difficult. I am too but I know I will be so glad in the morning. I have been in a snappy grumpy mood tonight knowing I'm not going to let myself have a drink but it has to be done.
I'm aiming to build up to 5 AF nights a week and currently only managing 2 or 3. My low total score is due to holidays at the beginning of the month!

love to all - nice to have you back Miss P.

I didn't see a post from sim either, maybe he PMd jo? If you're out there (and I hope sober sim) do give us an update on what happened this afternoon, please!!

Thanks for starting a new thread jo.

    I'm not AF either tonight.

Glad that piglet's settling in well MissP but that bit about you not making friennds easily sounds a load of carp to me. I know you're just excellent at making virtual friends:A

Thanks for asking but I'm just easing myself in gently with SW. I have to rethink my mealplan/shopping lists and try to think up ways of using things I already have in freezer/storecupboard. Because of late arrival at group on Thursday I haven't had 'new starter' talk and I've loads of questions to ask next week. I 've a feeling most, if not all, of my syns will be used up with wine:o

Have a lovely Friday evening all whatever you're doing and congratulations (and you deserve to feel smug:p) if you're AF tonight.

Whoops! I forgot I'm supposed to be doing this :rotfl:

I'm AF but sad due to the usual ex OH issues, no point having a drink that won't change anything. Still a fresh start and all that. Must remember that ;)
