    I had all of it bookmarked on the last PC, but haven't done it this time yet. It is not a bad idea.

    An update everyone, still no dress and she is now saying that I have the dress...strange! I have tracked the tracking number again and it says its still been processed through our network of delivery!

    This is a classic RD online message.

    As long as you don't receive the dress and/or the tracking never changes, you will not lose the PP case.

    It might be worth checking your sorting office in case RM tried to deliver it and a card wasn't left.
