Problems with phone one week after upgrading
OH upgraded his phone last week in phones 4 u, and got the Blackberry Bold. Today he has started having problems when using the internet on the phone, with links not opening when he clicks on them.
My question is do he have to just accept a repair on his phone or is he within his rights to ask for a new phone since he has only had this one 6 days.
I'm sure I have seen something instore about a 14 day return policy, but I have a feeling this may only be for new contracts.

DSR? The OP upgraded instore.
OP - P4u used to offer an excahange if there was a fault within 28 days of any purchase, call their CS line for advice. Might be worth doing a full reset of the phone 1st, to be sure that it isn't a new app or something that's causing it.0 -
Has he switched it off since he got it? They some times need a power cycle to clear them.0
