Hi

I know this has been posted before, BUT just thought i'd remind now that it has come into force.

I use my sim for short calls and therefore think it is unacceptable and will be disconencting once free credit used.

15p minmimum charge per call even if its only 1 second!!

Well after my first full day with new charging structure, i have been charged at LEAST 3 times more than usual!!!

Slight correction re OP, the minimum charge is 1 minute, therefore easymobile to easymobile calls the min charge is 3p, but still 15p for everything else

I basically avoided it as I ported to Virgin this morning from Easy.

My free credit expired on Friday too

It was the quickest port that Ive ever had as it was up and running at 9am!

Well recommended, I know that they both run off T-mobile

Hopefully, my Quidco money will still be paid

    ;)

  • Hi. And the most annoying thing is when you get connected to a voice message on the other end and you have no intention of leaving a VM but end up paying for that second or two as a full minute...... Sigh

so instead of cancelling, one can just obtain the pac code and port it away, without all the hassle of cancelling? that would make life a lot easier!
