    Who do you contact if you haven't received your voucher code 7 days after confirmation?

    Is anyone still waiting on theirs? I bought mine last Monday but no voucher yet...I emailed them on Fri and they sent quite a cheeky email back saying it would take 7 days 'as clearly stated in the original offer.'

    Its 7 working days if you bought last Monday it could be Wednesday

    I emailed [EMAIL="support@keynoir.com"]support@keynoir.com[/EMAIL] and they asked Amazon to send the voucher.
    Got it today.

    How would i add this to my account on amazon so i dont lose it :(

    Just log onto your amazon account and under gift certificates there is a link called 'Apply a gift certificate to your account' then just simply copy the voucher code into the box and apply to account. It will then show a balance of £6 which I think expires after a year or so.

    My amazon gift voucher expires in a year, are you sure yours is today?
