In this week’s email, we told you about a deal where you could pay a quid to get a £6 e-voucher to use as cash on web retailer Amazon (read full details in the Discount Vouchers deals note).

To get it, you had to go via a site called Keynoir, yet the huge demand meant its website crashed on Wednesday and many MoneySavers were unable to try and get the voucher.

We’ve spent the last couple of days working with Keynoir for a solution, and on the back Keynoir has kindly made 5,000 more £6 e-vouchers left. They’ll go quick, so to find out how to grab one, and all the details of the deal, go to

As a welcome gift to all new members, Keynoir is offering a £6 e-gift certificate to spend on anything of your choice at Amazon.co.uk. There are 5,000 gift certificates available. Here's how it works:
    1. Enter your email address and password
    2. On 1st October, the first 5,000 registrants will receive a code and instructions on how to order their gift certificate
    3. The gift certificate will be emailed to you directly by Amazon within 7 working days
We anticipate very high demand for this offer; if you are not one of the lucky 5,000 first registrants we will send you a £6 Keynoir gift certificate.
Amazon.co.uk offers everything from books and DVDs to tennis rackets and diamond jewellery.
The site offers a huge selection of products at low prices, with a variety of convenient delivery options.
    Conditions

    • For new members only, registering via this page today
    • Only 1 gift certificate per new member
    • Keynoir gift certificate to be used for purchases over £6 on the www.keynoir.com website

The first 5000 will get the Amazon ones, and then everyone after that will get a keynoir one.

I'm not sure when we'll know if we're one of the first 5000 though

same here - thanks so much - i have missed all the glitches this morning - so fingers crossed for this one ! :)
  • Gone for it, thanks.
  • Oh dear this looks to me like this has been rejigged just to take email addresses until 1st October when only 5,000 vouchers are available. How is this different to Clothing at Tesco which signed up 40,000 plus for an offer limited to the first 6,000, whch MSe was very critical of?

I did look at Keynoir's terms and conditions once and what is does with your data, it has really long terms that someone knowledgable should read through.
  • Thank you - fingers crossed
