    Hi I havent received mine yet but they have taken £6 out of my bank - why would this be?

    Keynoir have taken £6? That means you didn't enter the code before you paid. Phone them up & they might refund the £5 I think someone posted earlier that they had the same problem.

    yes it shows on my bank statement keynoir £6 - thanks for the advice I will try contacting them
