Activating Channels 900 to 966 on SKY

Can anyone tell me how to activate these channels without paying a fee?

    Some are free to air so don't need activated, some require an active Sky card and the rest require some kind of payment, whether it be a one off fee or a subscription.

    Dont laugh. !!! I had purchased a secondhand box and the Parental Control switch had turned off the channels. All is now well. Sorry to have bothered you.
