Advise please - is this suspect?

Trying to find some accommodation in Stockholm for my daughter, replying to internet adverts, and one we replied to asking for more details sounded great, but then I received the reply below, and it just seems a bit suspect, can anyone advise??

Thanks for your reply you may go and view the apartment for now from outside with the address given you to in my first mail and get back to me asp ,

The keys and the document of the apartment is right there with my Lawyer in LONDON and will be deliver to you Via UPS Office, at your home address ,

The apartment still available and i will like you to know that the month rent include all the utilities.
Am the owner of the apartment and the month rent include all the utilities ,

But i can assure you that you don't have any problem in receiving the keys and the document of the apartment by UPS
You may go ahead and view the apartment from outside with the address i gave to you in previous email and you seen the pictures of the inside and you can't view the inside the apartment due to the security guiding the apartment and without the keys and the document you will be embarrassed from our security.T


Here are the contents that will be delivered to you via UPS courier service.

1.Entrance and the rooms Keys
2.Paper/Permanent Flat form(Containing your reference details)
3.The Flat documented file.
4.Payment Receipts.
5.Full address and description of the Apartment

Kindly get back to me if you want to proceed renting the apartment ,

You gotta ask youself, who would use a London based Lawyer to handle the keys of a rental apartment.

If the next email corresspondence mentions western union, you'll know its a scam!

Yes that's what I thought, I am just shocked by the amount of this type of reply that I keep getting or asking for western union transfers, anyway I am actually going to Stockholm with my daughter tomorrow and am hoping that it might be easier to find her some accommodation with us actually being there.

And possibly you might feel like reporting these apparently blatant scammers to the police, both in London and Stockholm, in order to perhaps save some unwitting victims. Losing large amounts of money in this way can severely disrupt some people's lives and can also be very traumatic for some people. Also some of these of scammers are also kidnappers, extortionists, torturers and murderers and there are several hundreds of cases of people disappearing and being murdered publicised on numerous websites and occasionally in newspapers, often via scams like this. If you think I might be exaggerating or scaremongering then do a bit of googling and look at some government and police websites that warn about the dangers. Ok, nuff sed.

I'd not flat/house hunt to/from a furren country ..... why not just book into a cheap B&B for the first month to find out what's what.
