Vodafone PAYG, transfer balance to Vodafone existing mothly contract?
Hi
I have a vodafone payg SIM with £10 balance that I am not using. I also have a Vodafone monthly contract which is the number I normally use.
My question is, does anybody know whether those £10 could be transferred into my montly contract account. I have just been on the phone with vodafone CS and the guy said 'of course not' but I don't really believe untrained CS staff which do not provide any reasons as to why that should not be possible. Has anybody done this in the past? if so, how did you go about it?
