But maybe in tune with most money saving motorists, they just won't get it???
Not a motoring forum, a moneysaving forum, GOD, I sound like a Markeet,:o:o:oI like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -
Saying that though, if you went for the budget option they will feel rubbish. I once bought some Halfords "own brand" brake pads for my Capri - £5 with their trade discount card. Stuck them in. A week later (300 miles) they were taken out and thrown away.
I've used Halfords pads and discs, Mintex pads, and Vauxhall oe ones from the dealers.
No great difference really, the dealer discs came coated to bed them in faster, the Halfords ones didn't, so maybe you didn't bed them in correctly before slamming them on.0
