I traded a sony phone last year , I had box etc and it was in pretty good condition. You have to sign up to be a member so had to have some photo ID. May need to check this before you go. I got the expected price...they had to test it works etc. A lot more hassle than just sending it off to someone there and then...however you get cash as an option.Seemed to take ages but they were very efficient.0

Thanks tobyjug, I've already got a membership card as some time last year I traded in some old games, I just need to find where I put the headphones as it looks like I'll get alot less for it (N95 8GB), it looks like it'd be more cost effective to buy some on ebay (£3.40) then get an extra ~£30 for it when trading in if the website is accurate0
