I recently paid £350 for an item that has not arrived. I paid for insured delivery and my last meesage from the seller was that he had sent it and it would need to be signed for. Update :- Paypal claim got me £105 back so I am down £240.
Police say this is a civil matter so nowt they can do. Surely the digital paper trail to this thief's bank account can be traced by paypal but now they consider the case closed. Great. Up yours Paypal!!!
