Need urgent help please!
-Needed new phone so I went to carphone wearhouse.
-Brought the LG Optimus GT540
-Started making some clicking noise at the bottom of the touchscreen. They then claimed it was like this and it was only the plastic hitting the actual touchscreen. They offered an exchange which I took.
-Problem occured again so I took off the screen protector which was allegedly causing the problem and the clicking noise was coming internally. Its definitely something wrong
I now just want a return. I'm tired of this nonsense. I put the screen protector back on. But will I be able to get a refund? I've only had the phone maybe two days.

Do what people were doing with the iPhone 4. Go back to the shop and get another replacement. Go to the back of the queue. When you get to the front of the queue again tell them it's faulty and you want a replacement. Repeat until they get the message.
The phrases "Sale of Goods Act" and "not fit for purpose" are usually pretty handy in these circumstances, too.
