    Well that is really helpful, may I suggest you read and follow the advice? You muppet :D

    Please be sensitive : This may be a web forum, but you’re still talking to other human beings. Repeatedly or harshly saying someone’s wrong,

    !: your post gives no help to the OP
    2: Imagine the OP decided to follow the muppets advice? had it been real life then I would have spoken harshly
    the web forum is irrelevant
    3: best learn to use the quote function correctly if you are going to go around chastising members
  • Have a look on Ebay for a replacement keyboard if everything else seems to work okay. My keys went the same as yours after coke was spilt on it. I am no techie and changed the keyboard on a Lenovo very easily. The keyboard only cost £15.

    Someone needs to make a "7337" speak type translator for "chirpchirp's sticky keys" :)
  • If the enter and up/down navigation keys are working, you could always use the Windows onscreen virtual keyboard (if you have a USB mouse, this will help speed (relatively) things along!

    I love it - love it - don't you all just love this post ? good on you chirpchirp 10 / 10 for effort and I'd give two cigars, even to a non smoker.

    - 1 cigar for effort, and;
    - 1 extra for the smile on my face, when I read your dyslexic keyboard post !

    :lol: I think it translates to -
    Some of the keys are working again as you can see. Popped into repair shop and they suggested trying to dry it out near a radiator and then they will take a look if still a problem.

    Tried last night to take it apart and it wouldn't come apart. fingers crossed. thank you for your suggestions.

    That was my translation, anyway :D
