Hang on, if welcome finance sold you the loan and missold insurance, then isn't it on their back to sort it out?
Did you send the FOS form to the branch or to the complaints department?

Yes the form was sent to Welcomes complaints dept.
They claim the hp loan and ppi was set up through a broker called Enpower Solotions Ltd.
And had to claim from them.

a company phoned me up in 2006 to see if i needed a car loan i said yes and it was set up.
went to see a car in a showroom.
Seen a car a couple of days later signed the paper work and picked up car.
All the paper work is through Welcome.

Hi there
You will find that the paperwork will be that of the lenders and the loan is repaid to welcome every month too, but its the broker that is responsible, who will have copies of the application.;)

a update 12 months on now getting some where as Enpower limited t/a Enpower Solutions Ltd Declared in default 22nd September 2011.
Hopefully now get a refund.

Update just recieved a cheque for £2236.25 well done FSCS, just over a year since i started the claim.
