Also on the FSA register it says that Creditplus are a trading name

A trading name for one of mine was Twopart ltd, the broker who mis sold was Eloan.co.uk, but I went through the trading name with the FSCS.

I take it this was sold after regulation of insurance being after 14th Jan 2005? Unfortunately if it was sold before then you would not be able to use the FSCS. Can you just confirm.

Hi
Phoned the FSCS today they said that they have had no dealings with
Enpower Solotions Ltd yet.
They asked me to fill in an enquirey form and send it to them and they will send me another form to fill in.

Perhaps they are in the pipeline of being dealt with by the FSCS then, but just a thought, did you also mention their trading name Credit-plus?
Because when i made a claim through the fscs it was the trading name they went by.;)
