It's been for sale for 5 months without having been under offer or having had its price cut [with this agent and also, earlier, with another agent at the same price] so yes, it very likely is overpriced.
I make it worth at most the 2004 sale price of £180k plus 10% for general property inflation [getting you to £198k] plus maybe £5k each for those three lovely pillars at the front, i.e. £213k in all. Not a penny more.FACT.0 -
