iPhone Repair

I sent my daughter's iPhone to be repaired by a company called iPhone Repairs in Bristol.
My daughter was going on a placement two weeks after I sent the phone away and since they offered a 24 hour turnaround I was sure she would have the phone back in time before she went away.
However it tookthe over 3 weeks to complete the repair and despite numerous phone calls and being told I was to be rung back the service was appalling.:mad:
