Ive had an orange pay monthly account since 2007 and early 2010 i got made redundant now the debt is with Moorcroft. I have been told by orange that I cannot be reconnected and they have added their own charges. When I ring moorcroft they say the account is no longer with them its with orange, when i ring orange they say they no longer have the account its with moorcroft. Its driving me insane, I would like to set up a payment arrangement but they wont let me

Im no expert, but I would suggest putting it in writing to orange and asking for a reply in writing from them so you have some proof that your attempting to pay this bill.
In any case, I think this topic would be better off in the Debt Free Wannabe forum than it would be here. Perhaps you can repost there or a moderator can move it......0 -
If Orange are saying the debt is now with Moorcroft get someone from the Orange billing team to get you the reference numbers for the transfer of the debt. You can then quote those to Moorcroft and (hopefully) get it sorted.0
