I think (like others) that you should look at the banks, Barclays do a Current A/c Plus for £5 a month which offers Mobile Insurance, there are other A/c's with Barclays that also offer Holiday Insurance, Breakdown Cover, most Banks Lloyds, Halifax, Natwest etc offer something along the same lines.

Could you open one of these A/c's, fund it with a small amount and use it just for the benifits and keep the one you have?

my wife got advantage account with hsbc, 12.99 per month and the only good comparing to this one from halifax is, that can withdraw money free of charge abroad...other than that halifax one seem to be loaded....and she pays 10 pounds per months for phone insurance, meaning She will only have to pay 2 pounds if she switches to halifax...actuallly , because she puts more than 1000 on monthly, she ll get 5 back and so 3 pounds in proffit ..
