Orange Contract Termination

My Contract Ends 5th November. Who do I write to? I'm assuming its 30 days notice but can't find any info confirming this on the orange website.

assuming its a mobile personal account just call 150 and tell them on the phone

Just ring them. It's minimum 30 days notice so they are obliged to accept notice any time before the 30 days start. They may tell you that you need to write to them but there is nothing in their T&Cs that says that this is necessary.

Thanks, I'd prefer to put it in writing as well just to cover myself incase they deny speaking to me.

Put your mobile and account numbers in the letter and don't forget to sign it (people do and it can't be actioned without a signature).
