Thanks for the advice and guidance chaps, I'm very grateful.
I just went and had a look on my credit card's website and saw that they've refunded the £100 without me needing to chase them. Have heard nothing from them and tried calling yesterday but just got answering machines so was getting a touch worried.
I've had a very lucky escape I realise.
I've learned my lesson and will steer clear of Carcraft in the future [geddit?! oh it was bad I know!]... I will also come here before making decisions of this ilk in future and listen to my mate Dan who tried to warn me and now won't stop gloating.0
