if the operating system is patched with windowsupdate.com, try disabling the firewall temporarily, and see if you can download it.

Or install a download manager and give it permission in your firewall.

Worked perfectly for me, filled in details, sent email asking to confirm, which I did and I now have my serial number, all within a couple of mins.

I have either not received the email or I have more than likely accidentally deleted the email with the serial number in it. :mad: Is there anyway I can get the serial number as I have emailed them but I haven't got a response yet?
