*Yoink* Just what i was looking for as i have a replacement laptop hard drive coming in tomorrow! Cant be doing with a tiny 20gb drive anymore!!

Managed to download software with no problems, but still have not received email with serial number in.

Gary I had that problem (hotmail), in the end I requested the serial number again to a different email address. Maybe you could try that approach.

I checked my hotmail settings after that happened and found that they had upped my junk mail filter to enhanced without my input...

Yup! I tried 2000 last night and it ended as if completely d/loaded at 1.7MB with another 20.3 to go!

Figured it was heavy traffic and discovered they advise avoid 1800 - 2300 periods.

We have til 17/10 (though they the reserve the right to withdraw the free offer at anytime).

Wonder if the cut-offs have anything to do with NOT giving them £10 as a 'donation'? Don't begrudge them this if the product works for me but need a personal trial first (and a budget check).
