Just a quick update (i'm the OP). I've got 2 quotes. Based on the windows being timber, needing toughened glass, externely glazed and being on the 1st floor, the cheepest i've got for both units is £180, which will be done in about 3 working days. This is for 2 units. So overall, i'll be saving just over £100. Just goes to show it pays to shop around.

    lies, I agree!

May I say thank's for your replies!
