Hi all, I also received my confirmation code straight after I ordered, but just checked my bank and my £1 has been refunded - no email to say it had been cancelled.
I was a totally new customer so I'm not sure why? Might be worth checking your banks0 -
They say within 7 days so expect it by the 30th Sept - I haven't had a refund, and my account shows an order correctly made, so am expecting an e-mail anyday now.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
