I got the email as well & I've written back complaining too!

The thing is I joined on Tuesday, purchased the £1 VUE ticket. Then in the evening this deal came up which I ordered too, so technically I was a new member as I joined on the day I purchased it!

i got the refusal email aswell .. bit gutted wanted the voucher to get my books for my course

If im honest, im being put off this sites newsletter ces whenever i click a link in it by the time i get the email, everything has gone or sold out or the sites crashed!

I got the offer declined email too. They shouldn't have offered it when we logged on if that was the case.
I hope the declined ones are put back on for you who are still trying.
