It hasn't been a week yet, the offer went up on the 21st but not until the evening and it wasn't supposed to go live until the following day... personally I think you have to give them until at least end of play tomorrow before whining.
I got an e-mail today telling me I'd tried to redeem my voucher twice but there was a real human at the end of the email and I got a response within minutes when I pointed out their mistake (posted earlier on this thread about the payment timing out).Eat food.
