I recieved a moleskine notebook from another KeyNoir offer so I'm happy with them, but this is like the Tesco Beauty thing from last week. By the time it appeared in the MSE email loads of them had gone and the Tesco site ground to a halt. If MSE wants to feature these offers the site should agree to hold back till the agreed time.

I think it is the same - the 2pm info has now vanished from the official MSE guidance on this - so it's another one of those overpromised 'specials'.

It's about time MSE stopped cooperating with Keynoir, Groupon, Wowcher etc - they all seem to be incapable of properly honouring the arrangements.

Seems a little unfair that it was released early. I saw on the preview (via FB) that this was today's deal and that it would be available from 2pm so I didn't even try the website as I assumed that would be accurate.

I like that MSE has the clout to get these deals, I just wish that it was done more fairly. Maybe a ballot?

So Martin agreed free publicity to a company in return for an exclusive offer ,only the offer turned out not to be exclusive but the comapny aint botheres as they got the same result ?

Same for me, really disappointed understand it's Keynoir's fault and not Martin's, kicking myself for not trying last night just incase!! Wil know better next time

That's what it looks like - none of the board guides (divadee, Wings of Ambition, heatherw_01, nickmack) are online at the moment so not much chance of any info from there. I've sent an email to Martin@moneysavingexpert.com to ask for some comment but that may be some time coming.
