do you get an email to confirm your purchase? I put all my card details through and then it went to the verified by visa page, once I had put my password in the site crashed and I couldnt get back, I just wondered if I have a voucher or not now?

morning everyone, I just went through the process, incredibly slow and at the final page of payment process/clicksafe verfiy, the page froze; when I tried to reload it, it does say payment processed but have had no receipt or order verification and the site is definately having probs this morning so can't check my account. I was wondering, if anyone has had an email order verification or any communication since purchasing. Thanks0

I did get an email confirming order, but doesnt have the voucher with it - says it will be emailed within 7 days0 -
I just got mine just before the site got really busy I think, OH has been trying for over half an hour now and the site wont load.Herman - MP for all!

I ordered last night, one email straight away as a receipt, and another an hour later saying order complete. Site keeps timing out this morning, so it could just be that the email system is also slow - or your order may not have been successful. AFAI remember, you get taken straight to a receipt when your order is complete.0

I managed to get one through sheer perseverance! Site is very slow and it gave up completely AFTER the visa verification screen, but I have had two emails from Keynoir one standard welcoming nonsense and a 'keypass' order confirmation.

Patience is a virtue guys..... Just leave it to process on the verification page, it does go through, (admittedly it does take approx 4-5 mins)....
Just ordered two, one for me and one for my partner A glitch a day, keeps the doc away0
