i am currently on Tesco.net for my 1mb broadband and am tied in until feb 07.
does any one know of any other provider who will take me on at a higher download rate (8mb or higher with uncapped limits) who will do the change over without me paying for the MAC code/transfer?

  • as far as i know they do, i would like to come out of the contract earl to change providers and would either expect to pay for the rest of the contract or indeed the mac code.

perhaps i should have worded the intial post better.
do any new providers pay for the remainder of your current contract in order to get your business?

there arent any suppliers who will offer a fully uncapped service, and the speed is relative to what the maximum speed your line will handle.

If you live in a cable area, ntl and Telewest do offer an uncapped connection (subject to the AUP)
