Pick a comparison site, run a quote. Copy the results into a spreadsheet, sorted alphabetically by insurer.
Do this every month for 2 years. Do not change any details, other than to advance your age by one month each time.
Plot a nice graph.

It is all to do with targets, quotes can change at different times of the day as well as different times of the week etc.
