I have just ordered some things, but the Lipsy dress and top I wanted have sold out already .... and I was on at 7pm exactly

i wanted some house items that had sold out already, did they just have 1 of everything available ha ha!

I have asked Next why this is and they came back with the standard response of
I am sorry that some of the items from the preview have now gone. This is due the items still being sold and ordered at full price. This can cause the stock levels to change and unfortunately some items will become sold out
This could be also be due to orders not being confirmed at the checkout or items being deleted from the shopping bag. The sale site is updated every 10 minutes so it is possible for stock to be removed and then be added back on

it is crackers! I wanted a particular size of curtains and the size was there 4 mins before the sale at full price but when sale went live it wasnt available!

i noticed that half the stuff i wanted that was in the preview was no longer on the sale from 7pm...so unfair!!! only got 3 of the things i wanted.

not much choice at all for baby and toddler girls........hope they have more in the shop on Saturday or will be a wasted journey!

Agreed, not much there, and coz I put the kids to bed in the middle of my order my basket emptied and my VIP slot disappeared and I had to log off and log on again about 3 times until I was able to continue.....

does anyone know what time the sale starts instore on Saturday? is it 5am or 7am - stores outside london this is. many thanks

there are some nice socks in the sale for girls, not listed with the children's wear, type socks into the search section.:T
