Its all very odd, I used to get one without fail every sale, but for the last 3 or so I havent had an invite!
I am on automatic delivery for the catalogue and I have placed several orders this year, really large ones too consisting of furniture!

Did they offer you one over the phone Mummy Jo?

Hi ya

Just tried calling them and said i meet ALL the criteria and they said that some customers that meet all the criteria wont get a slot either! Blooming cheek!! lol
I asked can she send me one out and she said they dont do the invites there and that its computer generated!! I remember years ago tho when i first started an account with them i didnt get a slot and called them up when the sale went live to all the selected customers and she took my order over the phone - so maybe that might be worth a shot?

I've got a slot & to honest nearly all my last sale order was returned.
I only ever use the account when the sales on.

More stuff seems to have been added, there's more search criteria -eg, the ages on childrenswear has changed
