But if not I went to lastminute.com, holidays, in search picked departure date, type of holiday sun&beach and departure any north west... and it did bring me up some holidays below £400 - some of them just half board, some of them just Spain (which I do think will be still hot now, I went in September when I was little and it was fine - Costa Brava I went to).

At least it will give you some options?

P.S.: Some fly on Monday... can't you do Monday?

Club 18-30s have some fantastic deals on majorca for less than £100per person that includes self catering accommodation. Providing you fall in the age group of 17-35 you could use their flights and transfers and see if you could get some all inclusive accommodation in a different hotel. They did have cyprus for less than £150pp and there were other destinations as well all flying from the midlands ema, man and bhx didnt look at other airports.

Try looking at Ice Lolly (though you MUST search for reviews on whatever accommodation you are interested in). Failing that my friend phoned them up before and asked if there were any cancellations and bought a great cheap holiday to Kephalonia (Cephalonia?).
