Mobile Phone Insurance with Three

Help Please!

A couple of years ago I took out a mobile phone contract with Three and also took out insurance on the handset. When the contract came to an end last December I decided to cancell it and move to a different provider..........but I've only just realised that a drect debit payment of £6.99 for insurance for that handset is still being deducted from my account. I had assumed that when I cancelled my Three contract the insurance would also be cancelled.

Has this happened to anyone else and if yes what did you do? Can I get a refund?

  • I very much doubt you would be able to get a refund, the insurance would be with a seperate company so you would have needed to cancel that at the same time as your contract.
