iPhone 4 insurance - help!

Obviously iPhones are hot property right now, therefore are going to be pretty desirable to the undesirable types, however protecting the phone is looking like costing more than the price i paid for the handset plus a couple of months worth of contract cash (taking £14 a month and £100 excess).
Surely theres a better deal to be had on iPhone 4 insurance out there?!?
