But how are they going to identify you? They don't have a data base with photographs if everyone in the country. Don't forget that this is a private company. They are not the police or the council.

If I showed you a photograph of some people walking down a street how many of those people would you be able to name? It would be none I bet.

Oh my god, you parked over the white line. In the eyes of a PPC that is a "crime" worst than murder, however in the eyes of everybody else it's not a crime, and all "tickets" are safe to ignore as the landowner suffered no damages

Hi Reg, were you parked on the MFI/Dunelm car park in Crewe?

I too have a parking charge from November which I am trying to ignore. I am up to letter no. 4 (£148.99 owed to Debrecovery plus) and I periodically check the forum for conformation that I am right to ignore them (so far so good).

As your tale sounds identical to mine only a few weeks ahead I am following your progress with interest. Keep me updated please!

i got one from tps back in november, got the debt collectors letters (debt recovery plus) shortly after xmas, paniced a bit (stupidly) told them debt was in dispute and to take up with their client, told tps to take it up with driver. got reply from tps sayin what i had was a template letter and that i was too late to appeal( i never appealed just told them to take it up with driver) got letter from DRP sayin that they were actin on behalf of tps. and av ignored them since. just had my letter saying that the client will no accept a reduced fee to stop it going any further. not going to even bother wasting a stamp!

ment to say, this was for being 20mins over my time at a retail park with about 18 shops at it. prob done the wrong thing but looked at the digital images, because of the way the light hits the windscreen, you cant see in the car at all
