Interesting bit of spin on the link.....they list a whole bunch of recent ccj's they have 'recently obtained'.....and leave you to infer that they are for parking invoices.

I don't doubt that they get ccj's but it will be for other 'debts' eg rent arrears etc where it is economically viable to pursue.

I emailed them several months ago asking for parking ccj's...and strangely haven't heard back from them. I wonder why??

Because they have only won undefended case by default perchance And the fear factor diminishes when there is no credible legal basis for their outrageous demands.

Interestingly both UKPC [coventry based] and Debt Recovery [Oldham] seem to be claiming ccj victories with the same same name, amount and reference number...how curious???

£90 and what was your "crime" in the eyes of the PPC?

What a shame the damages the college/landowner suffered would be zero, unless it was a Pay & Display and you didn't buy a ticket.
  • It is a 'Parking Charge Notice' so im gonna risk ignoring it.
I parked outside the parking bay lines!! I admit I did but it was an empty carpark so not a worry, iv parked in that carpark at the same time of night every week now for 2 yrs without a problem...........if they cant make me pay then they can sod off!
