Banging head against a brick wall springs to mind.
You need to re-read all the posts that have been put on here to answer your questions and help you to understand why you do not qualify for JSAmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

no I'm not missing the point, you havn't paid enough conts to qualify for JSA, I think it's you that's missing the point!!0 -
OP - why not channel your energy into finding work, rather than complaining on an online forum about a decision that has been made in accordance with 'the rules'.
You do not qualify for JSA. No amount of critism for the people on here who have tried to explain the situation to you will help to change that.
I think Sam made a fairly good point - do you have savings that could be used to tide you over financially? If so, that seems like you're only choice.
Good luck finding a job.0 -
Look guys, im sorry if I have come off agressive or disrespectful. I think this topic enduces a lot of emotion in people.
Can I just mention that I AM proactively seeking work. I have applied for many and I expect to be back in work shortly. I am not avoiding channelling my energies into this aspect.
Secondly I have not built up savings, I have used the money I have earn't trying to live a decent life and paying off debt accrued while a student.
Thirdly I just wanted this money to live on day to day ie. clothes, haircuts food. You know the essentials. My girlfriend doesn't earn enough to cover the rent AND me? It's hard enough to make ends meet these days without me taking handouts from her.
Thanks.
