Is there any way of getting out of a Mobile Phone contract other than continuing to Pay the monthly Bill till the contract has Ended or paying the rest of the Line Rental. I have 2 contract which are only a couple of months old and have just been made redundant from work and Mobile phone is not a priority Any Help would be greatly appreciated

You could try the billing dept and see if they can help you out, but if you're only a couple of months in you might have a problem as you've paid off so little of cost of the handsets so far. You can only down grade as a rule at the half way point of a contract and and not all networks even allow that. . .
The other option would be to sell the phones (if they're still in good condition) and use the proceeds to pay off the contract and put the sims into cheaper handsets.0 -
Search for the HARDSHIP clause and see if this can help you.
You have to communicate by e-mail/ snail mail and offer them to return the hand sets. Also, give them option to be transferred to pay as you go, to show your loyality.
From there you are free as a bird.
