I'm sure Aviva used to have a tool somewhere on their website for searching their approved repairer network for ones closest to you - does anyone happen to have this bookmarked if it still exists?

Thanks :T
I wonder how much of a say I'll have in which of these it'll go to :rotfl:0 -
You don't have to use their approved repairer if you don't want to. You have the right to get your car repaired at a garage of your choice.
Though unlike others, Aviva charge you an extra excess for exercising that right!0 -
Yeah an extra £200 on top of my already pretty hefty £650 excess
Can I choose one of their approved repairers though or will they say "it's going to xyz" ?0 -
If you go for their repairer, then they can choose where it goes, and don't guarantee which repairer they will use.
This is from their website:Aviva can't guarantee the use of the approved repairers shown on the repairer look-up as the repair allocation will depend on the circumstances of your claim0 -

Dont see how it makes much difference
All the garages have to sign the same contract saying they can all take on the work.... so if your told to take it to ... 'Garage A' but you want 'Garage B' who is also one of their approved repairers... can't see how they can say no as its all pre agreed labour rates and figures.
After all, no point having say 300 repairers and yet only a few are ever given the work... may as well strike the rest of the list0 -
LIAR!!
I had to do a google filter search to find this!! As I said I can't post links cause im a newbie!! When you copy and paste the link I provided it redirects to the same link you provided. Be honest you didn't do the hard work to find this!
Calling anyone a liar doesn't deserve a reply, however maybe you will apologise when shown:
