Have I Missed the Boat for a Retention Offer? (TMobile)

Hi folks, I'd be grateful for you advice. I have asked for my pac code in hope of a retention offer. Missed 1 phone call from them. (day after I cancelled) Its been 1 week and I've received the formal letter with the pac code. Is it worth waiting or should I just move on? (20 days left on Pac Code)

Thanks
Slim

  • Sounds like they are calling you to offer you something, who knows! It might be worth your while waiting for another call from them or giving them a call back direct. :)
    David :)
£1 of debt is too much for me!
  • I called today turns out the wrong number was attached to my PAC but no offers made to keep me, but am happy enough to bide my time.
  • its very unlikely that tmobile will ask you to stay once you have your pac code, your best off ringing them and getting a deal out of them whilst you can
