I want to cancel sky , have been with them 4 years.
I an housebound after op. is it possible to cancell by email , s/o paying today , suppose they will take last payment next month.
if cannot do by email does anyone have phone number ,[ lost paperwork]

SayNoTo0870 lists other numbers. I rung Sky today as we were paying far too much for their services and got a 'loyalty discount' as we are long-standing customers.

I rung a freefone number: 0800 0512597 and got through without a problem.

I think that number is right but just so you know the numbers for sky and many of the tv networks is accesable via the services option on the sky box

thanks all used freephone number and cancelled no problem ,was made a few offers but said nothanks ,have to give 31 days notice ,but as just paid in advance next s/o payment will be £2 odds ,then cancell s/o.
my humax box arrived today ,took 5mins to set up on spare tv in bedroom ,picture superior to sky 320 gb unit £179 from factory site ,
should have changed long ago.
