Problem with Sony Ericsson W395

My sons phone has just come up with a message on the screen saying serious software error do not charge make calls or text and contact SE.

Does anyone have any experience of this and what its likely to be?

    Unfortunately, SonyEricsson handsets (of that series) are prone to various problems including memory corruption. If you contact the retailer, they can arrange for the handset to be returned to SonyEricsson for repair.
    If you look on the Sony website. It may be possible to do a software update, which will temporarily alleviate the issue.
