Tesco iPhone 4 Stock

Hi folks,

Apologies if there is a similar thread already on the forum, but I thought it would be a good idea to get as many people harassing tesco for iPhone 4 stock updates and then posting their findings here. If we check here as often as possible, we can make sure that MSE members can get there first.

So, I'll start. Called this morning (Monday 20th Sept) and surprise surprise, they are out of stock. However, the very kind lady on the phone took my name + number and said she'd call around some stores on my behalf. I will probably be calling again at some point tomorrow.

There are several in stock at Tesco, Gallows Corner(Romford).
I just walked in and asked Saturday evening and they told me they have several 16GB and 32GB in stock but no microsims. I decided to take one anyway - the microsim will be sent to me by post and should arrive within 3 working days.

So if you live around the area and want one...hurry

UPDATE: Tesco call centre called and they do have stock. If you want to order one today, ring up and ask for Debbie.

What details will you need calling them up if you wish to take out the contract? Do they do a credit check over the phone?

Tesco Extra in Brooklands had lots in stock at the weekend.

Got an iphone 4 on their £20 per month contract. Phone cost £349. I phoned Tesco at Ilkeston, Derbyshire and they had no stock but the Chesterfield branch had 2 phones in stock a 16gb and 32gb. I took the 16 GB one.
