I have the above phone(from the competition last year)which is a problem. When i turn it on it firstly loads correctly but when I try to search for a number up comes the egg timer which lasts for 2 to 3 minutes before I can make a call. When I put the sim into my B.H's C100 she started to get the same problem. Mine stayed the same even with her sim in. Put the correct sim in my phone and the problem was still there but now she has the problem. There are only a few numbers in the phone/sim and very few messages(nobody phones me 
) Has anyone any ideas how to clean this up?
